Pearly Evans, CEO & Founder

Pearly Evans, the CEO and founder of New Outlook Homecare, formed her company in 2001 using a holistic approach to home care. Pearly believed that the fundamental ingredients of love and compassion were lacking in the contemporary business of eldercare. As a result, her clients receive not only prompt service and attention to detail, but also warmth and a personal touch – a combination of qualities that is New Outlook Homecare’s trademark.

Pearly began caring for the elderly in her home country of Trinidad and Tobago. She was only twelve years old when she first started volunteering at the St. Vincent DePaul Home for the Aged, and her love for the elderly and her desire to help them has only grown over the years.

Pearly is extremely selective about the caregivers she hires; they are all subject to CORI checks and carefully screened. In addition, the caregivers must share her passion and commitment to compassionate care for all. New Outlook Homecare fills a void in home health services, and each employee is dedicated to Pearly’s vision.

Pearly lives in Westwood with her son and his Alaskan husky, Lola.

Marcy Leiman
Marcy Leiman, Marketing Director

Marcy Leiman is the Marketing Director for New Outlook Homecare. Marcy brings to New Outlook a passion for elder care which has always been a core value in her family as several members of her family have made their careers in similar fields. In addition, Marcy has spent many volunteer hours at an assisted/independent living facility in Boston where she has aided residents in the memory support unit with their daily activities and assisted with multigenerational programming. She is thrilled to be able to give back to a community that has always been so important to her.

As the Marketing Director, Marcy utilizes her social media skills, personal/community outreach skills, traditional advertising, and public relations to educate the public about New Outlook Homecare’s many services.

Marcy lives in Needham with her husband, two children, and her labradoodle, Bailey.

Janet Mayo
Janet Mayo, Office Manager

Janet Mayo is the Office Manager for New Outlook Homecare. Janet has more than ten years experience in office management, and her expertise in customer service, bookkeeping, technology, and process improvements ensure great service to all of New Outlook Homecare’s clientele.

Janet was particularly interested in working on behalf of the elderly and at New Outlook Homecare, specifically, after experiencing the special relationship that her aunt had with her own home health aide. That aide not only cared for her aunt, but also helped the entire family in so many ways.

Janet lives in Sharon with her husband, two children, and her yellow lab, Daisy.
