We have been so blessed to be able to care for our clients throughout Greater Boston and we appreciate them taking the time to write reviews for us. Our clients’ words speak volumes about the services we provide and the care that we give. Here are a few recent reviews that we wanted to share with you:

Pearly and her staff have done an outstanding job of finding experienced and caring home care for a family member — at first 24/7 when he left a rehabilitation center after a tough illness and then eventually for several hours during weekdays. When a longtime aid moved on to another career, Pearly found a replacement immediately, one who my family also likes very much. Pearly also is very responsive and treats everyone in our family as if we were her own. We couldn’t be happier with the safety and confidence New Outlook has given us. Thank you to Pearly Evans and her fantastic team!

Pearly Evans and her staff provided my mother with warm and compassionate care. New Outlook Homecare responded to my changing requirements and was extremely flexible with their schedule. I recommend Pearly and her ladies WITHOUT reservation. Your family will be well cared for by New Outlook and you will not regret your decision to hire their caregivers.

Pearly and her home health care attendants from New Outlook came to our family when my daughter was dying. When I asked Pearly if, in addition to home health aids, she might be able to recommend someone to be our nanny, she instantly volunteered to do the job herself. She promised my daughter that she would care for her children and that she would “love them unconditionally.” She helped us get through the wake and funeral, and began to be my grandchildren’s nanny in September of 2016. She was responsible for being at my son-in-law’s house from 1:30 until 8:30 for four days a week; on Tuesdays she came from 9:30 to 8:30. She picked the children up from school, arranged play dates for them, took them to ballet classes, baseball and soccer practices, did all of the household laundry, packed their school lunches and prepared family dinners for my son-in-law, my grandchildren, and for whomever else was there (friends and other family members). She gave the children their baths and got them ready for bed. Most important of all, she loved them unconditionally, just as she had promised my daughter she would do. We grew to love her, too, and we wish her the best of luck.
