NeedhamGoesPurple1On Saturday, June 2nd, New Outlook Homecare volunteered at various lemonade stands in Needham in an effort to help raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association. It was a hot and busy day in Needham with a street fair and a lot of people out and about. Despite a few passing rain showers, over $7,000 were raised.

Needham Goes Purple is an annual campaign throughout the month of June where various restaurants and businesses help by donating a portion of their proceeds to the Alzheimer’s Association. Thanks to organizer, Suzanne Lissy, the town has taken on this important cause. New Outlook Homecare was proud to be a gold sponsor for Needham Goes Purple and hope to do so next year. Visit needhamgoespurple.org to find out other ways that you can get involved.
