This past February my father became too ill to care for himself. Within a few days of being shuttled between the hospital and two different rehab centers, it became apparent that modern health care systems [were] not for my father. He is a fiercely independent man with a lot of pride in doing things for himself. My father asked me to bring him home to die; however, through a good friend I received a wholehearted recommendation of Pearly Evans. I do believe that Pearly and Launa are responsible for my father being alive to this day. Their loving care and patience was almost as remarkable as my father’s recovery.
